Logistics UK's Skills and Employment Advice Hub

Successful logistics is at the heart of every part of the UK’s economy, a sector which employs more than 2.5 million people across the UK.

Yet for many, it is hidden from view, making it difficult to recruit the staff the industry needs.  With an ageing workforce, and many EU workers returning home after Brexit, it has never been more important to attract and retain new employees to the sector.

To help members to fill existing and new vacancies, Logistics UK’s skills and employment hub contains advice and information for employers and employees to assist in recruiting or becoming the next generation of employees to this vital sector.

For those new to the logistics sector, it is vital that they see people role models like them succeeding in the industry. If you have any new employees who would make a great case study for our promotional work, please get in touch here.
